The Wild Cherry Hideaway

The Wild Cherry Hideaway is luxury, boutique double shepherds hut in a quiet, rural location on a private, exclusive pitch with views over open fields and Doddington Hall in the distance. We are located on the Lincolnshire/Nottinghamshire border, 11 miles from Lincoln and 13 miles from Newark-on-Trent. Looking for somewhere to switch off and reconnect with nature? The Hideaway offers luxury accommodation for up to 2 people, including king size bed, roll top bath, shower room, living area with sofa and wood burner and a fully fitted high quality kitchen. Externally we offer a woodfired, Hikki hot tub in a screened gazebo, Kadai firepit and barbecue and in the summer months a wood fired pizza oven. The site is located in the corner of a 2 acre meadow, as you walk down a mown path from the car park to the hut you'll pass through our working meadow (cut for Hay in July) and into our newly planted wooded area (150 trees planted in spring 2025).
