Moonshadow Shepherds Huts

Each hut has been lovingly crafted to our own unique specifications and to the highest of standards. You choose between having the double doors wide open to invite in the spring or summer sunshine or closed against a crisp autumn afternoon. The interior will envelop you within its hug of luxury. Both huts are luxuriously appointed with a wood-burning stove, fully-equipped kitchen, ensuite with invigorating shower and that all-important wood-fired hot tub just outside your bolt hole. Located in the grounds of Starlight Barns either nestled in the orchard (Moonshine) or on the edge of the Zen garden (Stargazey) with woodlands and walks to explore on the doorstep.

• Stargazing telescope and a guide to the constellations so you can truly experience the wonder of the stars and planets of our dark-sky location
• Welcome hamper with locally sourced produce including all the essentials plus a few surprises
• Outdoor Firepit/BBQ and basket of wood - Extra logs can be purchased on-site for use in the Woodburner, for the hot tub and/or outdoor Fire Pit
• Hot Chocolate, Marshmallows and Biscuits for the firepit
• Bedouin tent complete with comfortable seating, billowy cushions and decadent chandelier - complete with rugs and a drinks trolley!
• With double doors opening right out onto your own private outdoor area, it made perfect sense to install our wood-fired Hot Tub right outside

St Erme is equi-distant from the North and South Coasts of Cornwall. There are numerous historical gardens open to the public. Cornwall has the South West Coast Path for walking and there are numerous other footpaths. The Eden Project is half an hour away as are the Lost Gardens of Heligan. The historical market town of Truro is 5 miles away. There are many AONB’s in Cornwall, all within easy distance - St Agnes Head and The Roseland are prime examples. Cornwall is home to miles of golden beaches with crystal clear seas. . There are fine sailing waters up and down the coast.
