Nestled in a beautiful ancient woodland back drop is where you can relax and unwind in a secluded small field with two shepherd huts and alfresco cooking facilities with your own campfire area.

The shepherd huts have been sustainably crafted by Mr Tim Davies from Rustichuts.co.uk.

Each hut has a double bed with wood burning stove, electric & USB.
Stable door with two windows with a woodland view.

Willow is non dog friendly hut.
Fern is the dog friendly hut available for two dogs.
For special requests check with the host.

Woodland ways can offer you a complete rest from modern living and for getting back in touch with the natural world. A chance to be yourself connecting with nature in a beautiful peaceful setting.

Cooking alfresco and sitting around the camp fire to relax with each other and be immersed in nature.
The iron barbecue with tripod is situated in a barbecue shelter for your favourite alfresco food enabling cooking in all weather conditions. Local charcoal available to buy in advance on booking.

The camp fire is situated outside the huts for your rest and relaxation quality time with family and friends to enjoy.

A hammock to enjoy the beautiful tranquil atmosphere which the space gives you in abundance.

The facilities are with outdoor showering with separate toilet and sink with hot running water.

We are situated in an area of outstanding beauty and surrounded by an ancient woodland. For nature and tree lovers, this is where you can be at one with nature and feel comfortable with in the lavish green environment.
Exmoor is 4 miles away, the ruggedness of the moor and the incredible sea views of the Bristol Channel are breath taking.

The famous Southwest Coast to explore and wander through.

The golden Sandy beach of Woolacombe is 3.5 miles away for golden sands, surfing and wild swimming.
The other beaches close by are Hele Bay, Lee Bay and Coombe Martin can offer canoeing and kayaking and wild swimming.

For the keen walkers and cyclists explore the Tarka trail miles of exceptional nature and outstanding views…there is plenty to do if you want an adventure.

If you just want to chill then Woodland ways has everything you need for a short break or holiday.

Two parking spaces allocated are situated so it’s easy access into the field.

There is a local train station in Barnstaple and there is a local bus that stop’s walking distance outside the site. No 301.

For the cyclists it would be ideal to get here using the Devon lanes as the road can be busy at times for keen cyclists.

The local pub about 25 minutes walk large garden and home cooked food available.
