We are surrounded by wonderful walks with 2 footpaths directly on the property. The charming market town of Crediton is a 10 minute drive away, with a bi-weekly farmers market and a wide selection of independent shops and supermarkets. The Duck at Yeoford, a wonderful local pub, is only 20 minutes walk along the footpath from the property, a real destination for local food.
