Saltbox Escapes is situated between the Forest of Dean and the River Wye offering Bell Tent accommodation, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Time for peace and play, night and day.

A space for everything from partying to quiet contemplation, the Meadow is a recreational area for all our guests to enjoy. Watch the lambs racing each other around our neighbours' field below, spot the buzzards circling above, enjoy fresh-laid eggs from our resident chickens.

​The sounds of nature are here in abundance: the uplifting dawn chorus, the squeaking sounds of baby tawny owls demanding food, and the echoing calls of the lucky pheasants who escaped the local shoots.
